There is often some stigma that comes with the dynamic of relationships that have big age gaps. However, what you are describing is from your experience, but not necessarily true for all people in relationships with big age gaps.

The unfair advantage of age is perceived, and there are undoubdetly stereotypes (e.g., that older men are cradle-robbers and younger women are gold-diggers). However, perhaps we might consider that people do pair up for valid reasons and not just the looks or money dynamic.

And besides, in terms of sexual experience, younger men are also said to have much to learn, in terms of pleasing their partners. It's a bit of a fallacy to generalize that older men looking to have relationships with younger women are necessarily bad at sex. Maybe they are even better than younger but less-experienced men.

Happy and healthy relationships can be achieved even with age differences, assuming we are both consenting adults.
